TERMS OF SERVICE
By submitting payment or engaging services with Professional Integration Group LLC, clients acknowledge and agree that services are provided pursuant to mutually agreed consulting scope, operational support structure, and professional engagement terms.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients remain fully responsible for business decisions, regulatory submissions, operational implementation, financial transactions, and execution of recommendations discussed during consulting services. Professional Integration Group LLC does not guarantee financial outcomes, certifications, approvals, or business performance results.

PAYMENT POLICY
All payments submitted are classified as professional consulting and service fees. Once consulting services, advisory reviews, administrative preparation, operational assessments, or strategic support services have commenced, payments may become non-refundable.

PAYMENT DISPUTES & FRAUD PROTECTION
Clients remain responsible for disputed, reversed, charged-back, or unauthorized payments, including associated processing fees, administrative recovery expenses, and additional administrative handling charges where applicable.

DIGITAL PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
Electronic payment submission, digital acknowledgment, or acceptance through Stripe or related payment systems constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.

PRIVACY POLICY
Professional Integration Group LLC respects client confidentiality and does not sell or distribute personal information submitted through this website to third parties.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Florida law, Professional Integration Group LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, regulatory, financial, or consequential damages arising from consulting services or recommendations provided.
